Good question... the hottest sauce we make is our Ghost Pepper Ketchup. It's by far the hottest sauce we've ever produced and is made using some of the hottest peppers in the world, the Ghost Pepper.
If you want something hot, but not THAT hot we'd recommend a few other options...
