How do I return an item?Updated 6 months ago

You can return your item(s), but they must be in their original unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return your item within 14 days of purchase and return postage is at your own cost.

Steps to follow: 

1.  Contact our team via email or live chat to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your return to Sauce Shop, Lacehouse Kitchen Ltd, Unit 2, Riverside House, Centurion Way, Nottingham, NG2 1RW
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt, if possible.
